there is every possibility that you can
only use a simcard provided by the
network to connect your modem to the
internet successfully. If you try using a
simcard from any other network you
are prompted to provide an unlock code
which I will be providing for you here
once you give us your modems IMEI
number. Once you unlock your modem it
now becomes a universal modem since
you can now use any simcard on it.
